Project Overview

The City of Orlando pursued improvements to the Water Conserv II Water Reclamation Facility in Winter Garden, Florida, a critical piece of regional water reuse infrastructure serving the greater Orlando area. The project focused on upgrading existing pump station and facility systems to extend operational life, improve efficiency, and maintain the reliability of one of the region's most significant water reclamation programs. The client served as engineer of record and required compelling visual content to support the pursuit. PRESWERX produced the renderings and animations that brought the proposed facility improvements to life ahead of the selection.

Client Challenges

The client needed to communicate the scope and purpose of a water reclamation facility improvement project to a municipal owner managing a critical piece of regional infrastructure:

  • Visualizing proposed pump station and facility upgrades in a way that conveyed the improvements' operational impact to both technical and administrative municipal audiences.

  • Translating complex water infrastructure improvements into visual content that communicated engineering intent and facility-scale context without losing clarity for a non-technical owner.

  • Differentiating the client in a competitive engineering services pursuit for a longestablished, operationally significant municipal water reclamation program.

Together, these challenges required visual assets that could bridge the gap between technical infrastructure content and a clear, accessible presentation of the proposed improvements.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX produced architectural renderings and animations for the Water Conserv II Water Reclamation Facility pursuit. The renderings illustrated the proposed pump station and facility improvements, capturing the scale and context of the upgrades within the existing facility environment. The animations brought the scope and operational logic of the proposed improvements to life in a dynamic format suited for a municipal engineering presentation. Together, the deliverables gave the client's team a polished visual package that translated a technically complex infrastructure upgrade into clear, accessible content for the City of Orlando's review.

PRESWERX Approach

PRESWERX built the visual package around the operational context of the facility, ensuring the renderings and animations reflected both the engineering intent and the infrastructure environment in which the improvements would take place.

  • Developed renderings that illustrated the proposed pump station improvements in the context of the existing Water Conserv II facility, giving the owner a clear picture of the upgrade scope.

  • Produced animations that communicated the operational logic of the improvements in a format suited for both technical and administrative municipal audiences.

  • Calibrated the visual language to reflect the functional, utility-focused character of a water reclamation infrastructure project rather than a standard architectural pursuit.

The result was a visual package that made a technically complex engineering proposal clear and credible for a municipal owner.

Results Delivered

PRESWERX delivered a set of visual assets that elevated the client's pursuit submission and gave the City of Orlando a clear picture of the proposed Water Conserv II improvements.

  • Renderings provided the owner with a concrete visual reference for the proposed pump station upgrades and their relationship to the existing facility.

  • Animations communicated the scope and operational context of the improvements in a dynamic format suited for a municipal engineering presentation.

  • The combined visual package gave the client a professional, polished submission suited to the technical and administrative expectations of a City of Orlando infrastructure pursuit.

The client's team entered the selection with a visual story that made a complex infrastructure improvement proposal accessible to a broad municipal audience.
