Project Overview
The client pursued a $53 million renovation contract with The School District of Manatee County, covering two Bradenton, Florida elementary schools: Tara Elementary and Blackburn Elementary. Both campuses required full-scale renovation, including mechanical system upgrades, roof replacement, and covered walkway improvements. The Tara campus also included a new four-classroom addition with an associated covered walkway. Independent analyses at both sites raised the possibility of full school replacement, adding complexity to the scope narrative. PRESWERX supported the pursuit with renderings, animations, a complete presentation package, and hands-on coaching to prepare the team for selection.

Client Challenges
Pursuing a dual-campus renovation contract required communicating a layered scope and differentiated team capabilities across two distinct project contexts. The client faced several challenges heading into the selection:
Presenting a complex, dual-site scope as a single, cohesive story that was accessible to a school district owner audience.
Visualizing renovation and addition work across two campuses before construction began, particularly given the potential for full school replacement at each site.
Differentiating the team in a competitive bid through strong visuals and a confident, well-rehearsed presentation.
Each of these challenges demanded a pursuit strategy that combined compelling visuals, clear messaging, and presentation-ready performance.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX produced a full suite of pursuit deliverables for the client's $53 million dualcampus renovation proposal. The team developed architectural renderings that brought the Tara Elementary classroom addition and covered walkways to life, giving the owner a clear picture of the finished product. Animations conveyed scope, sequencing, and design intent for both the Tara and Blackburn campuses in a format optimized for a nontechnical audience. PRESWERX also built out the full presentation package, structuring the client's narrative across both schools into a cohesive, audience-focused story. Presentation coaching sessions prepared the team to deliver with clarity, consistency, and confidence.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX treated the dual-campus scope as a storytelling challenge. With two schools, two renovation programs, and the added complexity of potential full replacements, the pursuit required a unified visual and narrative strategy. The team took the following approach:
Developed renderings and animations tailored to each campus, ensuring the scope of work at Tara and Blackburn was communicated with specificity and visual clarity.
Built a cohesive presentation structure that wove both schools into a single, organized narrative aligned with the owner's priorities.
Led presentation coaching sessions to sharpen the team's delivery, pacing, and confidence ahead of the selection interview.
The result was a client team that walked into the selection with compelling visuals, a clear story, and a practiced, polished presentation.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a complete pursuit package built to perform under selectioncommittee scrutiny. Every deliverable was designed to serve the client's specific scope and audience. The key outputs included:
Renderings that gave the School District of Manatee County a concrete visual of the Tara classroom addition and campus improvements before construction began.
Animations that translated the scope of work across both campuses into an accessible, engaging format for a non-technical owner audience.
A presentation and coaching program that prepared the team to communicate the dual-campus story with clarity and confidence.
The client entered the selection with a polished, well-rehearsed submission that represented the full scale and quality of its approach to both schools.
