Project Overview

The client pursued one of the largest industrial projects in Georgia history: the Rivian Stanton Springs North Manufacturing Facility, a sprawling electric vehicle production campus located near Social Circle, Georgia. Spanning an estimated 15 million square feet across multiple phases, the facility was designed to manufacture Rivian's next-generation R2 and R3 vehicles and support up to 7,500 long-term jobs. The scale and complexity of this $5 billion program demanded a pursuit team capable of communicating a cohesive, compelling story to a sophisticated owner. PRESWERX provided proposal development support to help the client prepare a competition-ready submission.

Client Challenges

The client faced the challenge of standing out in a high-stakes, highly competitive pursuit for one of the most prominent industrial projects in the country:

  • Communicating the scope of a 15-million-square-foot campus clearly and compellingly to a technically sophisticated owner's selection team

  • Differentiating the client's team from competitors with strong national industrial track records

  • Building a unified narrative that tied the client's capabilities directly to Rivian's production timeline, quality expectations, and long-term investment

With so much at stake, every element of the submission needed to carry its weight.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX provided full proposal development support for the client's Rivian Stanton Springs North pursuit. The team worked alongside the client's pursuit leaders to establish a content strategy and document structure, then drafted written narratives that translated the client's qualifications and approach into clear, owner-focused language. PRESWERX shaped all project-specific content, including scope framing, team positioning, and project narrative, ensuring the submission reflected the scale and ambition of the facility while staying grounded in the client's demonstrated capabilities. The final package was a fully developed, cohesive pursuit document prepared for a nationally scrutinized, multi-billion-dollar selection process.

PRESWERX Approach

PRESWERX approached this pursuit as a strategic communications challenge, treating the proposal as an opportunity to build a clear connection between the client's industrial expertise and the specific demands of a first-of-its-kind EV manufacturing campus:

  • Developed a content strategy that framed the client's capabilities around the project's unique scale, phasing, and schedule requirements

  • Drafted project narratives and scope descriptions calibrated to speak directly to Rivian's selection priorities

  • Ensured consistency in voice, positioning, and messaging across all written submission content

The result was a refined, cohesive package that made a complex pursuit accessible and compelling.

Results Delivered

PRESWERX delivered a polished, complete proposal package built to compete at the highest level of industrial construction procurement:

  • A structured narrative framework that made a 15-million-square-foot program legible and compelling for the owner's selection team

  • Project-specific written content that clearly positioned the client's qualifications against the demands of the Rivian facility

  • A consistent, professional voice across all submission sections that reinforced the client's credibility and readiness

The client entered the Rivian selection process with a submission that represented their capabilities fully and made their strongest possible case.
