Project Overview

The St. Francis Parking Garage was a $110 million parking structure construction project located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The facility served the St. Francis medical campus, providing structured parking capacity for patients, visitors, and staff at one of the region's highest-traffic healthcare destinations. The scale and complexity of the project demanded a pursuit strategy that communicated both technical competence and a genuine understanding of the owner's operational priorities. The client engaged PRESWERX to support the full pursuit, delivering proposal development, a custom presentation, presentation coaching, renderings, animations, and film production.

Client Challenges

The client faced a competitive pursuit for a high-value infrastructure project serving a major healthcare system. Several factors made the presentation especially demanding:

  • A $110 million scope required a narrative that conveyed both scale and precision without overwhelming the selection committee with technical detail.

  • A functional structure like a parking garage required strong visual support to stand out in a field of capable competitors and communicate design quality to a healthcare owner.

  • The team needed to present as a cohesive, credible partner to an owner with specific expectations around campus integration and patient experience.

  • Presentation coaching was essential to align the team's live delivery with the quality of the written proposal and the visual materials prepared for the room.

Communicating the right combination of technical rigor and campus sensitivity required a coordinated approach across every element of the pursuit.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX delivered a comprehensive pursuit package for the St. Francis Parking Garage pursuit. The scope included full proposal development along with custom renderings and animations that brought the structure to life visually before construction began. PRESWERX produced a film component that conveyed the client's team qualifications and approach in a format suited to a discerning healthcare owner. Presentation design and coaching rounded out the engagement, ensuring the client's team entered the selection interview with a polished, rehearsed narrative that aligned with every visual element prepared for the room.

PRESWERX Approach

PRESWERX treated the St. Francis pursuit as a single integrated story across all deliverables. Rather than producing proposal, renderings, and presentation as isolated tasks, the team built visual and narrative continuity from the written document through to the interview room:

  • Renderings and animations were designed to reinforce the proposal's key differentiators, not simply depict the structure, making the visual case for the client's approach to design quality and campus fit.

  • Presentation coaching aligned each team member's verbal delivery with the visual flow of the designed deck, so the live interview felt rehearsed without feeling scripted.

  • Film production gave the owner a human portrait of the team before the interview began, building familiarity and credibility ahead of the selection day.

Every deliverable was built to make the client's team feel fully prepared and confident going into the selection.

Results Delivered

PRESWERX produced a complete, cohesive pursuit package that reflected the quality and ambition of a $110 million project:

  • Renderings and animations translated a complex parking structure into a compelling visual story, communicating design quality and campus integration in terms the selection committee could respond to.

  • A custom presentation deck gave the team a structured, visually sharp framework for the interview, one that held together under pressure and guided the committee through the client's story with clarity.

  • Presentation coaching ensured that every team member entered the room ready to speak with confidence, connect their remarks to the visuals, and respond to committee questions without losing the thread.

The client went into the selection process with a pursuit package that matched the scale and seriousness of the opportunity.
