Project Overview
The Red Rock Elementary School project delivered a new 67,000 square foot campus for Clark County School District on the site of an existing school in Las Vegas, Nevada. Scope included new power feeds, demolition of existing portables and school buildings, and construction of a new playground and turf area, along with site work, off site curbs and gutters, and utility extensions. The existing school remained closed throughout construction, requiring the new building to be delivered on a site being actively rebuilt around it. For the pursuit, the client engaged PRESWERX to develop the presentation materials needed to convey the project's scope and sequencing.

Client Challenges
Presenting a full campus replacement built around a vacated school site required addressing several hurdles:
Communicating a scope spanning new construction, demolition, and utility work as one clear sequence.
Conveying how the district and community would be affected while the existing school sat offline during construction.
Preparing the team for a live selection presentation to school district stakeholders.
Together, these challenges called for presentation materials that made a multi phase construction sequence easy to follow.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed the presentation, presentation coaching, renderings, animations, and films used to support the pursuit of Red Rock Elementary School. Renderings and animations translated the new 67,000 square foot building, the playground and turf area, and the site's demolition and construction sequence into visuals the selection committee could evaluate ahead of groundbreaking. Films added a dynamic layer to the visual story, illustrating how the new school would take shape on a site being rebuilt from the ground up. Presentation coaching prepared the team's speakers to walk the selection committee through the project's scope and phasing with confidence.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX approached the pursuit as a sequencing and scope challenge as much as a design one:
Built renderings and animations that clarified how the new school, playground, and site work would come together in sequence.
Produced films to show the project's phased construction on an active school site.
Coached the presentation team on pacing and delivery ahead of the live selection interview.
The result was a presentation package that let the client explain a complex construction sequence with clarity.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a full suite of presentation assets held to the standard of a major K12 construction program:
Renderings and animations that gave the selection committee a clear view of the new school and its phased construction.
Films that added depth to the visual narrative of the project's sequencing.
Coaching that sharpened the team's delivery for the live presentation.
The client entered the selection process with a cohesive, well rehearsed story and visual materials built to match the scale and complexity of the project.
