Project Overview

The client pursued a cold storage warehouse development on behalf of a leading temperature-controlled logistics operator. The project represented a significant expansion of the project owner's distribution infrastructure, demanding a pursuit package that could clearly communicate the facility's scale, technical complexity, and the client's ability to deliver a highly specialized program. To compete effectively, the client needed materials that would translate the operational and technical demands of cold storage construction into a compelling, evaluator-ready story. PRESWERX was engaged to produce the full proposal document, custom architectural renderings, and animated visualizations that brought the project to life ahead of selection.

Client Challenges

The client faced a competitive pursuit for a technically demanding, specialized facility that required more than a standard submittal:

  • Communicating the complexity and scale of a temperature-controlled warehouse program as a cohesive, evaluator-friendly story for a selection panel that may not be steeped in cold storage operations

  • Producing high-quality renderings that conveyed design intent and facility quality before a single foundation was poured

  • Creating animated content that elevated the submittal beyond static documents and gave the client a dynamic, differentiated presentation asset

Together, these challenges demanded a pursuit partner capable of delivering across writing, visualization, and motion under a competitive timeline.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX produced a full pursuit package tailored to the specific demands of the warehouse project and the project owner's selection process. The scope included a complete proposal document written and designed to present the client's qualifications, project approach, and understanding of the project owner's operational requirements in a clear, evaluator-ready format. Custom renderings depicted the facility's exterior and key architectural features, giving the selection panel a concrete visual reference for the finished project. Animated content extended those visuals into motion, providing the client with a dynamic presentation asset that reinforced their technical command of the program and distinguished the submittal from competing teams.

PRESWERX Approach

PRESWERX approached the engagement as a strategic pursuit partner, beginning with a thorough review of the project's scope and the project owner's likely selection priorities before producing any content:

  • Structured the proposal narrative around the technical demands of cold storage construction and the specific differentiators the client brought to the project

  • Developed renderings calibrated to the facility's industrial scale and functional aesthetic, avoiding generic warehouse imagery in favor of visuals that reflected the project's actual design intent

  • Produced animations that reinforced the proposal's core themes and gave the client a compelling visual layer to carry into the presentation phase

The result was a pursuit package where every deliverable told the same story and every piece of content reinforced the client's strengths.

Results Delivered

PRESWERX delivered a complete, submission-ready pursuit package that gave the client's team a clear, polished story to carry into the selection process. Each deliverable contributed directly to the client's readiness:

  • The proposal document gave evaluators a well-organized, persuasive account of the team's qualifications and their approach to the project's technical and operational demands

  • Custom renderings provided an immediate, high-quality visual reference that brought the facility's design to life before construction began

  • Animated content gave the client a differentiated presentation asset that reinforced their technical authority and set the submittal apart from the competition

The client entered the selection process with a polished, fully integrated package and a clear, consistent story ready to deliver.
