Project Overview
State College of Florida planned the first phase of development at its 75-acre Parrish campus as a $40 million investment in regional academic infrastructure. The project called for an approximately 40,000 GSF multipurpose building designed to house nursing skills labs, science and computer classrooms, student services offices, a library, and administrative functions, alongside comprehensive site development including utilities, stormwater management, roads, and parking. To compete for the Construction Manager at Risk contract, the client engaged PRESWERX to develop a pursuit package that communicated the complexity of the program and the strength of the team to a discerning selection committee.

Client Challenges
The client faced four interconnected challenges in pursuing the Parrish Phase One CMaR contract:
Translating a complex, multi-use academic program into a clear narrative for a non-construction selection committee
Visualizing a 40,000 GSF building and phased campus before design was finalized
Differentiating the team in a competitive selection field
Preparing presenters to perform confidently in a live interview setting
Each challenge demanded a pursuit approach that aligned visual quality, technical credibility, and team readiness into one coherent story.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a comprehensive pursuit package for the client's CMaR bid on the Parrish Phase One project. The engagement included a fully structured proposal document built to meet the owner's submission requirements while positioning the team's qualifications in direct response to the program's demands. Architectural renderings and animations brought the 40,000 GSF multipurpose building to life with visual specificity, giving the selection committee a concrete picture of the finished campus. A tailored presentation and targeted coaching sessions rounded out the package, preparing the team to deliver a focused, confident performance in the live interview.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX approached the engagement as a strategic pursuit partner, grounding every deliverable in the owner's academic priorities and the client's specific strengths.
The proposal organized the team's qualifications around the owner's Parrish campus vision, rather than presenting a generic capabilities list.
Renderings and animations were calibrated to the program's character, giving the selection panel a credible picture of the building before design was finalized.
Coaching sessions targeted the interview format directly, sharpening the team's delivery and building composure for a high-stakes live setting.
Every deliverable reinforced the same story, presenting the committee with a unified pursuit from the first page to the final answer.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a complete pursuit package measured against the standards of a $40 million public investment in community education.
The proposal gave the client a structured, owner-focused narrative that grounded qualifications in the specifics of the Parrish campus program.
Renderings and animations provided the selection panel a high-quality visual of the building before design was finalized, reducing abstraction and reinforcing the team's vision.
Coaching sessions left the team practiced, focused, and ready to deliver a confident performance in the live interview.
The client entered the selection process with materials and preparation that reflected the full weight of the opportunity.
