Project Overview
The Orlando Health Progressive Design Build Services Neurosciences Institute in Orlando, Florida centralized Orlando Health's neurosciences service lines into a new, state-of-the-art medical office facility. The $27,800,000 project was delivered through a Progressive Design-Build process and encompassed the demolition of the existing structure at 86 Underwood Street, along with all programming, design, permitting, and construction required to deliver a move-in ready facility. The project gave Orlando Health a purpose-built neurosciences home, consolidating its clinical programs into a dedicated, modernized environment. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop a presentation and provide coaching in support of the competitive pursuit.
Client Challenges
The client needed a presentation to carry a Progressive Design-Build pursuit for a specialized neurosciences facility:
A project consolidating multiple neurosciences service lines into one facility required a presentation structure that communicated the clinical and construction vision together.
A Progressive Design-Build delivery required the team to articulate an integrated approach that gave Orlando Health confidence in design quality and construction execution.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed a presentation and provided coaching for the Orlando Health Progressive Design Build Services Neurosciences Institute in Orlando, Florida. The presentation was built to communicate the full scope of a Progressive Design-Build engagement for a new neurosciences consolidation facility, covering the demolition of the existing structure, programming and design approach, and the construction plan for a move-in ready medical office building. PRESWERX then worked with the client's team through coaching, preparing them to deliver the case for an integrated design-build approach to a healthcare system with specific clinical requirements. All work was calibrated to support the competitive submission.
