Project Overview
The Oneco Elementary School Renovation was a $28.3 million campus-wide overhaul in Bradenton, Florida, for the School District of Manatee. The project covered a full renovation of the building envelope, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and low-voltage systems, plus site improvements including parking, vehicle stacking, and the bus loop. An independent Castaldi analysis by the Florida Department of Education added uncertainty, as its findings could have shifted the scope from renovation to full replacement. PRESWERX produced the renderings, animations, presentation, and coaching the client needed to make their case.

Client Challenges
The Oneco Elementary pursuit carried an unusual challenge: the project scope itself was unresolved at the time of selection. The client had to build a compelling case regardless of which direction the project went:
An ongoing FDOE Castaldi analysis could shift the project from renovation to full replacement, requiring the client to be credible in either scenario.
A campus-wide scope spanning every major building system and site infrastructure needed to communicate breadth without losing clarity.
A live selection format required polished, confident delivery under pressure.
The client needed to walk in prepared for any version of the conversation.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a full pursuit package for the Oneco Elementary renovation, combining visual assets with hands-on preparation for the live selection. Renderings depicted the renovated campus, giving the selection panel a concrete picture of the improved building envelope, updated site circulation, and refreshed exterior character. Animations brought the renovation's scope to life across multiple building systems, making the breadth of work legible to a non-technical audience. A polished presentation organized the client's qualifications and approach into a clear, sequenced narrative. Coaching sessions prepared the team to present with confidence and handle questions on the spot.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX built the pursuit strategy around the two defining pressures of this project: a complex scope and a live interview.
Renderings and animations made the renovation's breadth accessible, translating systems and site work into visuals a non-technical panel could follow.
The presentation was structured to hold up regardless of how the FDOE Castaldi analysis resolved.
Coaching prepared the team to address scope, sequencing, and the ongoing FDOE process with clarity under pressure.
The client went into the interview ready for the conversation, wherever it led.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a complete pursuit package built for a $28.3 million selection under uncertain conditions.
Renderings and animations gave the panel a clear, credible picture of the renovation's scope across the site and building systems.
A polished presentation translated the client's technical depth into a narrative that was organized, accessible, and adaptable.
Coaching left the team prepared to answer the hard questions, including those tied to the unresolved FDOE analysis.
The client entered the selection with the tools and preparation to handle whatever the panel brought.
