Project Overview
The Ryan Field Redevelopment involved Northwestern University's plan to replace its existing football stadium on the Central Street Athletic Campus in Evanston, Illinois, with a new home for the Northwestern Wildcats football team. The $600 million project called for demolition of the existing stadium and construction of approximately 740,000 gross square feet of new building area, along with an open air, multiple level seating bowl for roughly 35,000 spectators and surrounding site development. The scale and visibility of a major Big Ten athletics project demanded a pursuit presentation built for a high stakes interview.
