The New Albany Drone Video project was a visual deliverables engagement for Ruscilli Construction Co., Inc. in support of a $58,000,000 new school facility pursuit for the New Albany-Plain Local School District in New Albany, Ohio. The proposed facility was designed as a new two grade level building to address the district's current and future capacity needs, organized around differentiated learning principles with dedicated spaces for gymnasium, student dining, wellness, art, technology, and music classes, as well as a playground. The conceptual design emphasized creating distinct, purposeful environments where all students could thrive. PRESWERX was engaged to produce renderings, animations, and films to support the client's pursuit of the project.
Client Challenges
The client was pursuing a conceptual school facility project where the design's educational intent needed to be communicated visually to a school district audience:
Conveying a conceptual design to a school district audience before any construction, in a way that made the facility's scale, character, and purpose immediately legible.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX produced renderings, animations, and films for the client's pursuit of the New Albany-Plain Local School District facility project in New Albany, Ohio. The renderings visualized the proposed two grade level school building and its dedicated student spaces, giving the district a clear picture of the design's character and organization at the conceptual stage. Animations brought the facility to life in motion, communicating the flow of the building and the quality of the learning environments the design intended to create.
