NCH Healthcare System is one of Southwest Florida's most recognized regional health systems, serving the Naples area with a broad portfolio of care facilities and clinical programs. In 2023, the client pursued a major healthcare construction opportunity with NCH Healthcare System as the procuring owner, engaging PRESWERX to support a competitive selection process. PRESWERX developed a comprehensive pursuit package that gave the client a clear, coordinated voice across every deliverable. The engagement spanned proposal development, a polished selection presentation, and hands-on presentation coaching to prepare the team for the critical interview stage.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered an integrated pursuit package for the client's competitive response to NCH Healthcare System. PRESWERX then produced a selection presentation designed to guide evaluators through the team's story with precision and visual clarity. Alongside those materials, PRESWERX provided direct presentation coaching, working with the client's team to sharpen delivery, align messaging, and build the confidence needed to perform in a live interview setting.
