Project Overview
Miami International Airport set out to build a seven-level, 2,240-space parking facility to reduce traffic congestion and improve daily operations for the airport workforce. Located adjacent to the existing Flamingo Garage, the $136-million structure was designed exclusively to serve airport and airline employees, removing thousands of daily vehicle movements from congested passenger areas. To compete for this major public-sector design-build contract with Miami-Dade County, the client engaged PRESWERX to develop a high-impact pursuit presentation and provide expert coaching to prepare the team for the selection interview.

Client Challenges
Competing for a large, complex airport infrastructure project required the client to navigate several critical pursuit hurdles:
Presenting a technically dense design-build scope as a clear, compelling story for a public-sector selection committee
Differentiating the team's qualifications and approach in a competitive field of experienced aviation contractors
Preparing spokespeople to deliver a polished, confident live presentation under the pressure of a formal selection interview
Communicating the functional and operational value of the facility to a county owner audience focused on long-term workforce impact
The client needed a pursuit partner who could translate their technical depth into a persuasive, well-rehearsed selection package.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed a pursuit presentation tailored to the scale and complexity of the Park 6 Employee Garage project. The presentation was structured to walk the selection committee through the client's design-build methodology, workforce planning experience, and operational understanding of a functioning international airport environment. Alongside the presentation, PRESWERX delivered targeted coaching sessions to prepare the client's spokespeople for the live interview format. Coaching covered message discipline, question anticipation, panel engagement, and pacing, ensuring every team member entered the room prepared to perform with confidence and clarity.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX approached this pursuit as a strategic communications challenge, building a narrative framework that made the client's scope expertise immediately legible to a county decision-making audience. The team worked closely with the client to identify the clearest proof points and organize them for maximum impact:
Developed a presentation structure that led with the employee parking challenge and built toward the client's design-build solution, keeping the county owner's operational priorities at the center of the story
Refined the client's key messages through iterative review, eliminating technical language that would not resonate with a public-sector selection panel
Conducted coaching sessions that simulated the interview environment, helping spokespeople internalize their roles, manage time, and respond to committee questions with precision
The result was a cohesive, well-rehearsed pursuit package that positioned the client as the most prepared team at the table.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a pursuit-ready presentation and a fully coached team, held to the standard of a high-stakes public-sector competition for a $136-million contract:
A polished, committee-ready presentation that communicated the full scope and operational logic of the seven-level employee garage in a format built for a county selection audience
Coaching sessions that brought measurable improvement to spokesperson delivery, panel engagement, and time management across multiple rehearsal rounds
A unified pursuit narrative that connected the client's design-build depth to Miami-Dade County's workforce infrastructure goals, making the value proposition clear and memorable
The client entered the selection interview as a disciplined, confident team with a sharp story and the rehearsal behind them to deliver it.
