Project Overview
The client pursued a contract with the City of Miami to design and deploy an automated speed detection camera network across Miami Beach. The initiative aimed to reduce traffic fatalities and improve roadway safety through a technology-driven enforcement solution for a major coastal municipality. To compete effectively, the client needed pursuit materials that communicated technical credibility, public safety impact, and operational readiness to a municipal evaluation panel. PRESWERX supported the pursuit from proposal through interview, delivering a full suite of materials including written proposal content, presentation design, custom renderings, animations, a film, and live presentation coaching.
Client Challenges
The client faced a competitive municipal procurement process for a high-visibility public safety initiative. Several challenges had to be addressed:
Translating complex speed detection technology into clear, accessible language for a non-technical municipal audience
Visualizing camera placement and system coverage in a way that built confidence before any hardware was deployed
Differentiating the client's approach and track record from competing vendors in the field
Preparing the client's team to present and respond to questions with confidence in a live selection interview
Together, these challenges demanded a pursuit strategy that was technically credible, visually compelling, and presentation-ready.
Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed a comprehensive pursuit package tailored to the City of Miami's procurement requirements. The engagement included a fully written proposal structured to address municipal evaluation criteria, a custom presentation designed for the selection interview, and presentation coaching sessions that prepared the client's team for live delivery and Q&A. PRESWERX also produced purpose-built renderings showing camera placements along Miami Beach corridors, animations that illustrated system operation and detection coverage, and a film that brought the client's public safety mission to life for the review panel.
