Project Overview
Memphis International Airport's Consolidated Rental Car Facility (ConRAC) was a landmark landside development for one of the South's most significant freight and passenger hubs. The project encompassed a purpose-built complex that included a Ready/Return garage, a Quick Turnaround Area facility, a Customer Service Building, rental car roadways and signage, idle storage, and employee parking. The facility was a key element of the Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority's 20-year Master Plan, designed to balance the terminal system and serve the traveling public for decades to come. PRESWERX supported the client's pursuit by delivering a presentation, presentation coaching, renderings, animations, and films.

Client Challenges
The client needed to convey the complexity and scale of a multi-component transportation facility to a competitive procurement committee:
Communicating a multi-facility program, including a garage, QTA, roadways, and service buildings, as a single cohesive pursuit story.
Visualizing a purpose-built facility that did not yet exist for evaluators unfamiliar with ConRAC design and function.
Differentiating the team's approach in a competitive procurement for a highprofile public infrastructure project.
Preparing the client's presenters to deliver clearly and confidently in a live selection environment.
Each challenge demanded materials that were both technically credible and visually compelling.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed a comprehensive set of pursuit materials for the Memphis ConRAC project. The team produced architectural renderings and animations that visualized the facility's garage structure, QTA, roadways, and passenger-facing elements before design was finalized. Films added further dimension, bringing the full scope of the project to life in a format that resonated with selection evaluators. A tailored presentation was developed to frame the client's technical qualifications and project approach within the airport authority's Master Plan priorities. PRESWERX also provided presentation coaching, preparing the client's team to deliver the story with precision and confidence.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX approached the engagement by translating a technically complex, multicomponent program into a story evaluators could follow and remember. The airport setting and public infrastructure stakes called for materials that were both professional and visually authoritative.
Produced renderings and animations that made the facility's scale, layout, and functionality legible for evaluators across technical and non-technical backgrounds.
Developed films that contextualized the ConRAC within the airport's broader Master Plan, reinforcing the project's long-term significance to the region.
Coached the client's presenters to connect their technical strengths to the airport authority's priorities in a live selection format.
The result was a client positioned to make a clear, confident case for their approach to a complex public program.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a pursuit package built to the standard of a major public infrastructure competition. Every element was designed to make a complex program accessible and the client's team credible.
Renderings and animations gave evaluators a detailed, professional view of the full ConRAC complex, from the garage structure to passenger circulation and roadway connections.
Films conveyed the project's scope and long-term airport impact in a format that extended well beyond static presentation materials.
Presentation coaching ensured the client's speakers were prepared to deliver the narrative with clarity and authority under selection conditions.
The client entered the selection with a polished, cohesive package and a team ready to perform.
