Project Overview
The Lebanon County Career and Technology Center renovation was a substantial construction effort aimed at modernizing vocational education facilities in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. The project sought to upgrade core program areas and expand capacity to better serve students pursuing technical and trade careers across the region. With a competitive selection process ahead, the client needed a strategic pursuit partner capable of communicating the full scope and quality of the design to a discerning evaluation panel. PRESWERX delivered the complete pursuit package, including a written proposal, presentation, renderings, animations, films, and presentation coaching.

Client Challenges
Presenting a complex renovation to a nontechnical selection committee required the client to communicate a cohesive, compelling vision:
Communicating the full renovation scope as a single, unified story rather than a list of disconnected upgrades
Visualizing unbuilt spaces so the selection committee could evaluate design quality before construction began
Differentiating the team in a competitive pursuit where multiple qualified firms were pursuing the same project
Each challenge pointed to the same solution: a pursuit package built around visual clarity, narrative precision, and strategic focus.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed a complete pursuit package for the Lebanon County Career and Technology Center project, tailored to support the client through each phase of the selection process. The team produced written proposal content that articulated the design approach, team qualifications, and project understanding in a way that resonated with evaluators. Renderings and animations brought the renovated facility to life, giving the selection committee a clear picture of the finished design. A custom film communicated the team's vision with depth and context. PRESWERX also provided presentation coaching to prepare the client's team for the live interview.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX approached the CTC pursuit as a unified storytelling challenge, aligning every deliverable around a cohesive narrative about the value of the renovation:
Developed proposal content structured to address the selection committee's priorities and present the design approach in clear, persuasive language
Produced high-fidelity renderings and animations calibrated to convey the scale and character of the renovated spaces
Coached the client's presenters on delivery, pacing, and question handling ahead of the live interview
The result was a team that arrived at the selection visually prepared, narratively aligned, and confident.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a full suite of pursuit materials held to a high standard of quality and strategic coherence:
The written proposal gave the selection committee a clear, well-structured case for the client's design approach and project understanding
Renderings and animations gave evaluators a precise picture of the finished design, well beyond what generic precedent images could achieve
Presentation coaching aligned the client's team around a consistent message and built the confidence needed to perform in the live interview
The client entered the selection as a well-prepared, visually compelling team with a cohesive story to tell.
