Project Overview

The client engaged PRESWERX to develop a suite of industry-specific marketing collateral to support its business development efforts across multiple market sectors. The project centered on creating branded pursuit materials that could communicate the firm's capabilities to distinct client audiences in a compelling, sector-relevant way. The brochures needed to function as both standalone leave-behinds and supporting assets for live presentations. PRESWERX provided end-to-end pursuit support, including proposal development, presentation design, and coaching to prepare the client's team for high-stakes selection interviews.

Client Challenges

The client faced a challenge common to growing firms pursuing work across multiple sectors: a single story does not resonate with every audience. Key pressures included:

  • Differentiating the firm's capabilities within each target sector without diluting its overall brand identity

  • Translating complex service offerings into clear, persuasive narratives for non-technical decision-makers

  • Preparing the team to present confidently and consistently across multiple pursuit opportunities

Together, these challenges called for a coordinated pursuit strategy spanning written materials, visual design, and live presentation readiness.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX developed a full suite of industry-specific brochures tailored to the client's target market sectors, ensuring each piece communicated relevant experience, capabilities, and differentiators in a format suited to that audience. Alongside the print and digital collateral, PRESWERX produced a presentation designed to extend the brochure messaging into live pursuit settings. To ensure the client's team could deliver the material with confidence, PRESWERX also provided hands-on presentation coaching, working through anticipated questions, refining delivery, and aligning the team around a unified narrative for the selection process.

PRESWERX Approach

PRESWERX approached the engagement as a pursuit strategy challenge, not just a design project. Rather than treating each brochure as a standalone asset, the team built a consistent messaging framework that adapted to each sector without losing the client's voice.

  • Built sector-specific narratives grounded in the client's existing project experience and market positioning

  • Designed presentation materials that extended the brochure content into a live format built for selection settings

  • Conducted targeted coaching sessions to sharpen delivery and prepare the team for interview-style questions

The result was a coordinated package of materials and capabilities the client could deploy across multiple pursuit fronts.

Results Delivered

PRESWERX delivered a complete set of pursuit-ready materials tested against the demands of real selection environments.

  • Industry-specific brochures that gave the client a tailored, credible presence in each target sector

  • A presentation designed for clarity and impact in competitive selection settings

  • A coached team prepared to speak to the firm's value proposition confidently across different audience types

The client entered the selection process with polished materials, a consistent message, and a team that had rehearsed its delivery.
