Project Overview
The Highland Woods Golf and Country Club project called for a package of new amenities at the existing club in Bonita Springs, Florida, including a new pool and deck facility, a pool cafe and bar with a grill style kitchen, and a new golf pro shop. The scope also encompassed a parking lot expansion and related site adjustments such as cart path relocation, railings, landscaping, and lighting. Valued at $6 million, the project needed a presentation that could tie several distinct amenity upgrades into one cohesive club improvement story. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop the presentation, renderings, and animations needed to support the pursuit.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed the full presentation package for the Highland Woods Golf and Country Club pursuit. The team produced a presentation deck that addressed the scope of the new pool and deck facility, the pool cafe and bar with its grill style kitchen, the new golf pro shop, and the parking lot expansion. Renderings illustrated each amenity along with related site adjustments, including cart path relocation, railings, landscaping, and lighting. Animations brought the renovated club experience to life, showing how members would move between the new spaces.
