Project Overview

A $395,000,000 district-wide initiative in Greeley, Colorado tasked Greeley-Evans School District 6 with improving every school in the district. The program encompassed the full spectrum of K-12 work: rebuilding and renovating existing schools, constructing a new K-8 campus, and making repairs and upgrades across all District 6 schools, including charter schools. The scale and complexity of the program required a pursuit capable of communicating a district-wide vision to a community-focused owner. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop presentation materials, renderings, animations, and presentation coaching to support the competitive selection.

Client Challenges

A $395,000,000 district-wide program touching every school in the district created distinct communication challenges for the client:

  • Presenting a cohesive strategy for a program spanning full rebuilds, new construction, and targeted repairs across dozens of campuses.

  • Visualizing a new K-8 school and major renovations before construction began.

  • Preparing presenters to speak confidently to a community-focused owner with high stakes across the entire district.

Each challenge pointed to the same need: materials that matched the scale and ambition of a generational school improvement program.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX developed a full pursuit package tailored to the scale and visibility of a district-wide school improvement program. The team produced architectural renderings that brought proposed new construction and renovations to life, giving the selection panel a clear picture of the finished campuses. Animations communicated the transformation planned for key schools across the district, translating a complex multi-site program into a compelling visual story. PRESWERX also built and refined a pursuit presentation that organized the full scope of the program into a coherent narrative, and provided coaching to prepare the client's presenters for a high-stakes selection interview.

PRESWERX Approach

PRESWERX approached a program of this scale by prioritizing clarity above all else, building materials that gave a community owner confidence in the client's ability to manage a district-wide commitment. The team focused on three priorities:

  • Producing renderings and animations that communicated the character and quality of new and renovated campuses.

  • Building a presentation structure that organized a complex multi-project program into a single, accessible story.

  • Coaching the client's presenters to deliver that story with authority in a live community-facing interview.

The result was a pursuit package proportionate to the ambition of a $395,000,000 district investment.

Results Delivered

PRESWERX delivered a complete set of pursuit materials calibrated to the expectations of a large-scale public school procurement:

  • Renderings and animations gave the selection panel a vivid picture of new and renovated campuses across the district.

  • The presentation structured a complex, multi-site program as a clear, manageable plan the owner could follow and trust.

  • Coaching sessions prepared the client's presenters to perform with precision and confidence in front of a community-invested review board.

The client entered the selection with a pursuit package that reflected the full scope and quality of their approach.
