Project Overview
Florida Gulf Coast University's Academic Building 10 represented the largest academic building in the university's history, spanning approximately 171,750 square feet on the Fort Myers campus. The facility was designed to serve the Marieb College of Health and Human Services, which had seen a 61% increase in degrees awarded over the prior five years and faced mounting regional demand for healthcare workers. The building was planned as a state-of-the-art environment for health sciences instruction and the education technology of the future. PRESWERX supported the client's pursuit by delivering presentation development, presentation coaching, renderings, and animations.

Client Challenges
The client needed to communicate the scope and urgency of a transformative public facility to a competitive selection committee:
Conveying the severity of regional healthcare workforce shortages and the building's direct role in addressing them.
Translating a complex, 171,750 SF program into a clear visual story that evaluators could quickly grasp and remember.
Differentiating the team in a competitive procurement through a cohesive, wellorganized presentation.
Preparing presenters to deliver the narrative confidently and credibly under live selection conditions.
Together, these challenges called for a strategic approach to both content and oncamera delivery.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed a full suite of pursuit materials tailored to the scale and significance of the project. The team produced high-quality architectural renderings that brought the building's design to life before construction began, alongside animations that communicated spatial flow and the facility's programmatic intent. A polished presentation was developed to structure the client's narrative around the project's healthcare mission and the team's qualifications. PRESWERX also provided presentation coaching, working directly with the client's presenters to sharpen delivery, timing, and confidence for the selection interview.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX built the engagement around a single central story: a healthcare workforce shortage that the university was uniquely positioned to address. Every deliverable reinforced that narrative while preparing the client for a competitive selection.
Developed narrative structure around regional healthcare demand and the university's role in meeting it, giving evaluators a clear reason to care about the project.
Produced renderings and animations that gave evaluators a detailed, compelling picture of the facility's design and function before a shovel hit the ground.
Coached presenters through focused rehearsals, tightening delivery to match the caliber of the supporting materials.
The client entered the selection with a unified story and the confidence to deliver it.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a complete pursuit package that met the high standards of a $250 million public procurement. Each element was crafted to communicate the project's significance and the team's readiness.
Architectural renderings and animations gave evaluators a compelling, detailed view of the proposed facility, making an unbuilt project tangible and memorable.
The presentation organized a complex narrative into a clear, confident story centered on community need and institutional readiness.
Presentation coaching prepared the client's speakers to perform at the level the opportunity demanded, with polished delivery and well-rehearsed answers.
The client went into the selection fully prepared, backed by professional materials and a team ready to present with conviction.
