Project Overview
The FedEx Secondary 26 Facility was a warehouse expansion project at the FedEx World Hub in Memphis, Tennessee. Located on a developed, active campus at 3131 Democrat Road, the project required new building construction on a site already covered with asphalt and existing structures. The client pursued this competitive opportunity with a major global logistics operator who expected precision and professionalism at every stage of the evaluation process. PRESWERX was engaged to develop the full pursuit package, including the written proposal, architectural renderings, animated sequences, a polished selection presentation, and direct coaching for the live interview.

Client Challenges
Competing for a warehouse project on an active, built-out campus in front of a sophisticated global brand required a pursuit effort that matched the owner's expectations at every level:
Communicating the full scope of new construction on a congested, developed site as a clear and manageable story for evaluators
Differentiating a competitive team in front of a demanding, experienced owner who evaluates general contractors frequently
Translating complex site conditions into compelling visuals that built evaluator confidence without overwhelming the presentation
Preparing the project team to deliver a confident, well-rehearsed performance in the live selection interview
Each element of the pursuit had to reflect the precision and credibility that a global brand like FedEx expects from its construction partners.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed a complete pursuit package for the FedEx Secondary 26 Facility competition. The team authored a written proposal that clearly communicated the client's qualifications, approach, and site-specific experience in a format suited to a technically sophisticated owner. Architectural renderings visualized the planned new buildings in the context of the existing World Hub campus, grounding evaluators in the finished scope. Animated sequences illustrated construction phasing and site logistics, helping the selection panel understand how work would unfold on the active, congested site. PRESWERX also designed and built the full selection presentation, then conducted direct coaching sessions with the project team ahead of the live interview.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX treated the FedEx Secondary 26 Facility pursuit as one unified story across every deliverable. The goal was to make a complex, built-out site feel planned and controllable to an owner whose standard for precision was exceptionally high.
Developed a cohesive proposal narrative that positioned the client's site-specific expertise and project controls approach as a direct answer to the owner's concerns
Created renderings and animations that placed new construction clearly within the existing World Hub campus, giving evaluators a concrete and credible picture of the finished project
Coached the project team on message clarity, delivery, and executive presence so they could perform at a high level in the live interview
The result was a fully aligned pursuit package in which the proposal, visuals, presentation, and team delivery all reinforced the same story.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a complete, professionally executed pursuit package that met the standard a global brand like FedEx imposes on every evaluation it conducts. Every deliverable was precise, visually strong, and organized around the client's core strengths.
A fully developed proposal that communicated the client's qualifications, approach, and site experience in clear, owner-ready language built for a sophisticated evaluator
Architectural renderings and animated sequences that gave the selection panel a credible, detailed visual of the finished facility and its construction phasing on the active World Hub campus
A polished selection presentation backed by coaching that prepared the team to deliver their story with clarity and confidence in the live interview
The client entered the selection process with a complete, well-rehearsed pursuit and a team fully prepared to make their case.
