Project Overview
Fayetteville Technical Community College undertook a $10,400,000 driving range facility in Fayetteville, North Carolina, adding a purpose-built golf instruction and recreation amenity to the campus. The project encompassed a covered tee line, practice bays, supporting infrastructure, and landscape improvements designed to serve the college's students, faculty, and community partners. The general contractor needed a compelling pursuit package that communicated the team's qualifications and translated the project's design vision into something the owner could see and evaluate. PRESWERX supported the effort across proposal development, presentation design, coaching, renderings, animations, and film production.

Client Challenges
Communicating a $10.4 million campus athletic facility to an institutional owner required more than technical credentials. The client needed a pursuit strategy that made the design tangible and the team's qualifications unmistakable:
Translating architectural scope into a visual story that non-technical decision-makers could connect with
Differentiating the team in a competitive institutional bid where qualifications often look similar on paper
Preparing the team to deliver a confident, polished performance in a live selection interview
Building consistency across every pursuit touchpoint, from the written proposal to the final presentation
These challenges demanded a partner who could unify the client's message across words, visuals, and live delivery.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a comprehensive pursuit package built around the specific demands of this community college bid. The team developed a proposal document that organized the client's qualifications and project approach into a cohesive, reviewable narrative suited to an institutional owner. Custom renderings and animations brought the driving range facility to life, giving the owner a clear picture of the finished product before construction began. A professional film captured the client's team and relevant past work in a high-impact format ready for presentation. PRESWERX also designed and produced the full selection presentation and provided direct coaching to prepare the client's team for the interview.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX approached this pursuit as an integrated storytelling challenge, connecting the proposal, visuals, and live presentation into a single cohesive message about the client's qualifications and vision for the project.
Developed a proposal framework that aligned the client's experience with the owner's program priorities and institutional values
Produced renderings and animations that visualized the completed facility at a level of detail that built owner confidence in the design
Coached the interview team through rehearsals, refining delivery, pacing, and responses to anticipated owner questions
The result was a pursuit package that gave the client's team a clear competitive identity and the preparation to back it up in the room.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX produced a complete pursuit package that held the client to a high standard of visual quality and strategic clarity across every deliverable.
The proposal document communicated scope and qualifications in a structured, professional format ready for owner review
Renderings and animations gave the client a visual asset that made the driving range facility credible and compelling before construction began
Presentation coaching built the team's confidence and sharpened their ability to respond to owner questions with clarity and conviction
The client entered the selection fully equipped: a polished story, strong visuals, and a team prepared to deliver under pressure.
