Project Overview

The Diamond Jacks Shreveport redevelopment was a $270 million transformation of an established gaming property in Bossier City, Louisiana. The project encompassed new construction of a 47,000-square-foot casino, a full renovation of the 405-room hotel, a sports betting lounge, a 300-seat live entertainment venue, at least three restaurants, two retail outlets, a spa, and a pool. Foundation Gaming positioned the entertainment venue as the signature feature of the property, setting a new standard for the destination. The client engaged PRESWERX to produce renderings and animations that communicated the scope and character of the finished project.

Client Challenges

The client needed to convey the vision for a wide-ranging gaming and hospitality transformation before construction began:

  • Visualizing a 47,000-square-foot casino and full hotel renovation as one cohesive destination, not a collection of separate builds.

  • Communicating the atmosphere and quality of a 300-seat entertainment venue the owner positioned as the property's signature feature.

  • Differentiating the team in a competitive pursuit by demonstrating the experiential ambition of the redevelopment plan.

With so many distinct program elements, the challenge was presenting a single, compelling story about what the finished property would become.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX developed a suite of photorealistic renderings and animations capturing the full scope of the Diamond Jacks redevelopment. The renderings depicted the new casino floor, the renovated hotel, the live entertainment venue, and key guest-facing amenities including the restaurants, spa, and pool. Animations gave stakeholders a dynamic view of the property as a complete, integrated destination, showing how the individual program elements connected and reinforced each other. Each deliverable was crafted to translate the owner's vision for a signature entertainment property into visuals the client's team could use immediately in the selection process.

PRESWERX Approach

PRESWERX approached the engagement as a visual scope challenge, working to present a multi-component property as a single, legible destination.

  • Produced photorealistic renderings across the casino, hotel, entertainment venue, and amenity spaces, each calibrated to the atmosphere Foundation Gaming envisioned for the property.

  • Developed animations showing how the program elements connected as a single guest destination, with emphasis on the 300-seat entertainment venue as the property's focal point.

  • Framed every visual to reinforce the owner's positioning of the entertainment venue as the signature feature that set this property apart.

The result was a presentation-ready visual package that gave the client a coherent, compelling way to communicate the full scope of the project.

Results Delivered

PRESWERX delivered a complete visual package built for a high-stakes gaming and hospitality pursuit.

  • Photorealistic renderings gave the client presentation-ready images across every major program element, from the casino floor to the entertainment venue and hotel renovation.

  • Animations provided a dynamic, sequential view of the finished property, making the full scope and guest experience immediately legible to a selection audience.

  • Together, the deliverables presented the property as the cohesive, signature destination the owner had envisioned.

The client entered the selection with visuals that matched the ambition of the project and demonstrated the team's readiness to deliver it.
