Project Overview
The Clayton County Water Authority (CCWA) pursued a major infrastructure contract covering advanced water treatment and capacity upgrades in Clayton County, Georgia. The project represented a significant public investment in the county's long-term water supply reliability. As the client competed for this technically demanding contract, they needed pursuit materials that clearly communicated their technical approach, team qualifications, and project vision to a discerning public owner. PRESWERX was engaged to develop a comprehensive pursuit package spanning a written proposal, presentation design, presentation coaching, renderings, animations, and a project film.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a fully integrated pursuit package for the CCWA water treatment project. The engagement began with a written proposal crafted to align with the owner's evaluation criteria and clearly establish the client's qualifications for the work. PRESWERX designed the presentation and led coaching sessions to sharpen team delivery and build confidence ahead of the live interview. To help the selection committee picture the finished facility, PRESWERX produced architectural renderings and animations illustrating the proposed treatment plant improvements. A project film rounded out the package, communicating the client's capabilities and commitment to the community they would serve.
