Project Overview
East Carolina University's Clark LeClair Stadium in Greenville, North Carolina, stood as one of the premier collegiate baseball venues in the country, and a planned renovation and expansion sought to elevate the fan experience and modernize team facilities to match the program's national stature. The client pursued the opportunity and needed pursuit materials that could communicate both the depth of their approach and the quality of their team to a discerning owner and evaluation panel. PRESWERX partnered with the client to develop a complete suite of proposal documents, presentations, renderings, animations, and film for the competitive pursuit.

Client Challenges
Winning the renovation of a high-profile collegiate athletic venue required more than a strong resume: it demanded a pursuit package that could stand out in a competitive field.
The client needed to convey the technical complexity of renovating a live athletic facility to a non-technical owner and evaluation panel in clear, compelling terms.
Differentiating the team from competing firms with comparable resumes required a visual and narrative strategy that went beyond standard proposal documents.
Preparing for a live interview and selection presentation demanded coaching and rehearsal to ensure confident, polished delivery under pressure.
Together, these challenges called for a partner who could translate construction expertise into a compelling, owner-ready story.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed a comprehensive suite of pursuit materials tailored to East Carolina University's expectations and the project's unique character. The team produced proposal documents structured to clearly communicate the client's qualifications, approach, and understanding of the owner's priorities. High-quality architectural renderings and animations brought the renovation vision to life before a single shovel hit the ground, giving the evaluation panel a vivid sense of the finished project. A pursuit film further distinguished the submission, and targeted presentation coaching prepared the delivery team to perform with precision and confidence during the live interview phase.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX approached the pursuit as a strategic storytelling challenge, working to unify the client's technical qualifications with a visual narrative that spoke directly to ECU's goals for the stadium.
The team developed proposal content that framed the client's experience and methodology around the owner's specific priorities, making the submission immediately relevant to the evaluation panel.
Photorealistic renderings and custom animations translated the renovation program into imagery that made the project feel real and achievable before construction began.
A branded pursuit film gave the submission a distinctive voice, and hands-on presentation coaching sharpened the delivery team's message ahead of the selection interview.
The result was a fully integrated pursuit package that gave the client a confident, cohesive story to bring into the selection process.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a complete pursuit package built to perform in a competitive selection environment, with every element held to the standard of a major collegiate athletic venue pursuit.
A polished, structured proposal clearly communicated the client's qualifications and approach in language the owner's panel could evaluate with confidence.
Renderings and animations gave decision-makers a compelling visual preview of the finished stadium, reinforcing the client's attention to design quality and project vision.
Coaching sessions refined the presentation delivery, leaving the team well-rehearsed, aligned on their core message, and ready to perform in the live interview.
The client went into the selection process with a pursuit package that reflected the caliber of work they intended to deliver.
