Project Overview

The client pursued the construction of a new charter school facility for CREI Holdings, LLC in [Location]. The project, valued at [Project Value], centered on a specialized educational campus designed to support certification programs in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. [Insert additional description: square footage, key program elements, or standout facility features.] Competing for a selective owner with a well-defined mission, the client needed a pursuit strategy that clearly conveyed team qualifications, project understanding, and design intent. PRESWERX delivered a comprehensive package of proposal development, presentation materials, coaching, renderings, animations, and films to support the selection effort.

Client Challenges

The client faced a competitive selection process with a technically specific, mission-driven owner. Communicating both construction capability and sensitivity to the project's educational program demanded more than a standard qualifications package:

  • Translating a specialized facility program into a clear, compelling narrative for a non-construction audience

  • Visualizing design quality and spatial intent before construction drawings were finalized

  • Differentiating the team in a competitive field through cohesive, high-quality visual storytelling

  • Preparing the team to perform confidently in a live selection interview

Each challenge called for a unified strategy that aligned written, visual, and verbal communication across every deliverable.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX developed a full pursuit package tailored to the CREI Charter School competition. The team produced a comprehensive written proposal that framed the client's qualifications around the owner's specific program priorities. Custom renderings and animations brought the envisioned facility to life, giving reviewers a clear picture of design quality before a single construction drawing was finalized. A short-form film provided a polished, narrative-driven overview of the client's team approach and company culture. PRESWERX also built a structured presentation and coached the client's team through focused practice sessions to sharpen delivery and sharpen readiness for the live interview.

PRESWERX Approach

PRESWERX treated this pursuit as a single, cohesive communication challenge rather than a collection of separate deliverables. Every asset, from the written proposal to the final presentation, was designed to reinforce one consistent message about the client's capability and vision:

  • Developed a proposal narrative that tied the client's experience directly to the owner's program goals and selection criteria

  • Created renderings, animations, and a film that served as persuasive visual evidence of the team's design vision and project understanding

  • Designed a live presentation structure and led the team through targeted mock sessions to build fluency and sharpen responses

The result was a client that walked into the selection prepared, aligned, and confident in their story.

Results Delivered

PRESWERX produced a complete, interview-ready pursuit package built to the standard of a high-stakes selection:

  • A written proposal that connected the client's capabilities to the specific demands of a specialized charter school program and owner

  • A suite of renderings, animations, and a film that translated design intent into a compelling, polished visual argument

  • A rehearsed presentation and coaching program that left the team prepared to perform under the pressure of a live interview

The client entered the selection with every communication asset aligned, a clear narrative in place, and the confidence that comes from thorough preparation
