Project Overview
The college planned a first-of-its-kind public safety education center on its Northwest Campus in Las Vegas. The 90,000-square-foot facility was designed to house police academy, fire science, EMS and paramedic, 911 dispatcher training, high school dual enrollment, and general education programs, making it the campus's inaugural building. At $68.75 million, the project required a cohesive story that communicated both the facility's scale and its community reach. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop the full pursuit package, including a written proposal, architectural renderings, animations, a selection presentation, and presentation coaching.

Scope of Work
