Project Overview
The Artisan Lakes Elementary School was a $65 million K-12 construction project in Parrish, Florida, commissioned by the School District of Manatee County. The project called for a new two-story, 134,600 SF elementary school on a 20-acre greenfield site along Buckeye Road, designed to accommodate over 950 students in grades K through 5 across 63 classrooms. The campus featured a covered playground area and a boardwalk extending to the adjacent wetlands, integrating the natural environment into the student experience. The client engaged PRESWERX to support the pursuit with a presentation, presentation coaching, and renderings.
Client Challenges
The client was pursuing a large greenfield K-12 campus for a school district responding to enrollment pressure in one of Florida's fastest-growing communities. The pursuit presented several focused challenges:
Communicating a clear construction approach for a 20-acre greenfield campus with a multi-story school building, specialized outdoor amenities, and environmental site features.
Visualizing the completed campus before design was finalized, giving the district a compelling picture of what the finished school would offer students and families.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX built the selection presentation, provided coaching to prepare the client's team, and produced renderings for the Artisan Lakes Elementary School pursuit. The renderings visualized the two-story campus and its relationship to the 20-acre greenfield site, capturing the covered playground, wetland boardwalk, and the building's exterior character in a format suited to the school district's review process. The presentation organized the client's construction approach around the project's specific features and site sensitivities. Coaching prepared the team's speakers to present the full scope confidently and connect the campus vision to the district's community goals.
