Project Overview

AdventHealth Parker, a 190-bed Level II Trauma Center in Parker, Colorado, served patients across more than 55 medical specialties, including stroke, spine, and joint replacement programs, advanced robotic surgery, a dedicated neuroscience program, and a bariatric surgery center of excellence. The proposed $300 million facility expansion represented a significant growth in both physical capacity and clinical reach. To pursue the project, the client needed a pursuit team that could translate the hospital's complex clinical program and patient-centered mission into a compelling, cohesive story for the selection committee. PRESWERX delivered a full pursuit package including a proposal, architectural renderings, and animations.

Client Challenges

Presenting a $300 million hospital expansion to a sophisticated healthcare owner required more than a list of credentials:

  • Communicating a multi-specialty clinical program and large facility scope as a single, cohesive narrative

  • Visualizing a major building expansion before construction began, giving reviewers a clear picture of the finished environment

  • Differentiating the pursuit team in a highly competitive healthcare sector with an experienced, discerning owner

  • Aligning all pursuit materials with the owner's mission of compassionate, whole-person patient care

Each challenge called for purposeful storytelling supported by high-quality visual work.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX developed a complete pursuit package for the $300 million facility expansion. The team produced a comprehensive proposal document that organized the project's clinical program, team qualifications, and approach into a clear, reviewer-ready narrative. To support the proposal, PRESWERX created architectural renderings depicting the expanded facility's key program areas, giving the selection committee a concrete visual sense of the project's design quality and scale. Animated visualizations complemented the renderings, bringing the scope of the expansion to life in a dynamic format suited to both printed review and live interview presentations.

PRESWERX Approach

PRESWERX treated the engagement as a strategic communications challenge, building a pursuit narrative grounded in the project's clinical depth and the owner's mission before producing a single deliverable:

  • Structured the proposal to translate a complex, multi-specialty program into a clear story accessible to a non-technical review panel

  • Developed renderings that conveyed the quality and character of the proposed expansion through well-resolved, purposeful visual scenes

  • Produced animations that brought the facility's scope and program to life in a format suited to both document review and live presentation

The result was a cohesive, polished package that gave the client's team a confident, well-prepared story heading into the selection.

Results Delivered

PRESWERX delivered a complete, presentation-ready pursuit package held to the high standards a $300 million healthcare pursuit demands:

  • The proposal gave the selection committee a well-organized account of the team's qualifications, approach, and understanding of the project

  • Architectural renderings provided a compelling visual reference for a facility not yet built, grounding reviewers' understanding of the design intent and quality

  • Animations elevated the package beyond a static submission, giving the client's team a dynamic asset suited to the interview setting

The client's team entered the selection with a thorough, polished, and visually compelling story.
